Our Extra Low Temp (XLT) chillers are effectively a bridge between our ULT chillers and our LT chillers. Frequently, customers will only need XLT temps some of the time, so the chillers are designed with a fairly wide range of operating temps, and are optimized to work most efficiently in temps below standard LT. XLT capable chillers can achieve Leaving Water Temps (LWT) between 0-20F.
