Extra Low Temp (XLT) Chillers

Extra Low Temp (XLT) Chillers

Our Extra Low Temp (XLT) chillers are effectively a bridge between our ULT chillers and our LT chillers. Frequently, customers will only need XLT temps some of the time, so the chillers are designed with a fairly wide range of operating temps, and are optimized to work most efficiently in temps below standard LT. XLT capable chillers can achieve Leaving Water Temps (LWT) between 0-20F. As with our other Low Temp options, please be sure you read about and understand the capabilities of the upgrade and feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Extra Low Temp chillers have many applications. Most commonly our systems are used to enhance essential oil extractions, and/or to provide a range of Low Temps for process and laboratory purposes..

ChillX - 1.5 - 12 Ton Vertical Extra Low Temp Chillers

Our most robust commercial multi-temp (range) chillers offer a number of performance advantages and upgradable features beyond our simpler compact and budget designs. Most of all, these vertical recirculating commercial units provide the most efficient range of operating temps even at high ambient, and with an upgrade to R404A these units can produce a wider range of low temps as well. By default, this line of chiller includes a recirculating tank design which does require a second process pump to attach to your devices.

ChillX - 1.5 - 10 Ton Compact Commercial Extra Low Temp Chillers

Our newest line of compact commercial multi-temp (range) chillers offers a number of performance and upgradable features over our simpler compact designs.
