UL

Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.

Founded in 1894, Underwriters Laboratories Inc. is an independent, nonprofit organization with a rich history of promoting safe living and working environments with the application of safety science and hazard-based safety engineering. UL certifies, validates, tests, inspects, audits, advises, and trains its customers to navigate the growing complexities of regulatory compliance. One of the most common Safety Marks, UL has more than 1,400 safety standards against which it tests millions of products and their components every year.

ChillX - 2 - 10 Ton Modular Water Cooled Chiller Cubes

Our modular, water-cooled process chiller cubes are compact, stackable chiller modules designed for maximum efficiency and easy scalability. The cubes can be easily stacked 3-4 high to minimize the footprint (indoors or out). Custom tank, pump, and controller cubes of different capacities and dimensions are available upon request. Alternatively, users may source their own pump and tank components to meet budget and other dimensional constraints.

ChillX - 1.5 - 10 Ton Compact Commercial Extra Low Temp Chillers

Our newest line of compact commercial multi-temp (range) chillers offers a number of performance and upgradable features over our simpler compact designs. Most of all, these compact commercial units provide an efficient range of operating temps even at high ambient, and with an upgrade to R404A these units can produce a wider range of low temps as well. By default, this line of chiller includes caster wheels for greater mobility, a performance optimized micro-controller unit, and several freeze measurements for durability and long term performance ... just to name a few!

ChillX - 15-20 Ton Horizontal Dual Circuit Chillers

Our 15 to 20 Ton Horizontal Dual Circuit Chillers are the largest of our pre-packaged designs (chillers larger than 20 Ton are generally more custom, and require a consult). The most notable difference from our 7.5-12.5 Ton Horizontal units is the very large built-in reservoir and more larger footprint, intended to spread the weight of the unit over a wider area, making it our best large design for roof mounts. These units have a built-in 137-146 Gallon stainless steel reservoir with massive, "no-freeze" in-res evaporators.

ChillX - 7.5-10 Ton Horizontal Dual Circuit Chillers

Our 7.5 to 10 Ton Horizontal Dual Circuit Chillers are among our most efficient and most requested designs. The most notable difference from our 6 Ton Horizontal unit is the dual circuit configuration which offers redundancy as well as a dramatically better power consumption profile for users with randomized or less than maximum demand patterns. These units have a built-in 77 Gallon stainless steel reservoir with our massive, "no-freeze", in-res evaporators.

ChillX - 2-5 Ton Low Profile Low Temp Self-Contained Chillers (Single Circuit Models)ChillX - 2-5 Ton Low Profile Low Temp Self-Contained Chillers (Single Circuit Models)

Our new ChillX Low Profile Low Temp Self-Contained Chillers are designed for users with a steady heat load demand where latent capacity (reservoir storage) is less important. These units offer a smaller reservoir than our largest commercial units, but use the exact same in-reservoir evaporators as their larger cousins. These chillers are a great price and running cost compromise without sacrificing any of the efficiencies and performance of our biggest self-contained chillers, with the advantage of a lower price point and reduced power consumption during idle times.

ChillX - 2-10 Ton Vertical Chillers (Single Compressor) (by Chillking)

Our ChillX Single Comprssor Vertical Commercial Chillers come in capacities from 2-10 ton and include all of our premium features by default, resulting in the best performance profile in our line. These commercial grade units also offer several optional upgrades, including:

ChillX - 6 Ton Horizontal Chillers

Our 6 Ton Horizontal (Single Circuit) Chillers have the same small foot print as our 4&5 Ton Horizontal Chillers, stands just a few inches taller, and packs an extra 1-2 Ton/hr and nearly doubles the latent (stored) cooling capacity! The most notable difference in the 6 Ton Horizontal unit is the big jump to a 77 Gallon rather than the 44 Gallon built-in reservoir in the 4 & 5 Ton Horizontal units. Not only do you get an extra 1-2 ton of capacity, but you also get an extra 33 Gallons, w/ ~8,000 BTU of latent cooling capacity to help balance compressor run-time and system load!
