Our ChillX Air-cooled Dual-circuit Process Chillers with Semi-hermetic compressors are available in capacities from 16 to 110 Ton. These are built with very heavy-duty, industry-leading Copeland or Bitzer semi-hermetic compressors. Our chillers are complete with refrigerant charge already on them, and are load-tested at the factory. These come with a number of standard features, including variable capacity control for soft start and stepped capacity control from 25-100%, compressor crankcase heaters, flow switches, internal piping insulation, phase monitors, and more.

Our ChillX Dual-Compressor Vertical Commercial Chillers come in capacities from 6-20 Ton and include all of our premium features by default, resulting in the best performance profile in our line as well as the added efficiency and redundancy afforded by a multi-circuit system. Our modular, water-cooled process chiller cubes are compact, stackable chiller modules designed for maximum efficiency and easy scalability. The cubes can be easily stacked 3-4 high to minimize the footprint (indoors or out). Custom tank, pump, and controller cubes of different capacities and dimensions are available upon request. Alternatively, users may source their own pump and tank components to meet budget and other dimensional constraints.

Our newest line of compact commercial multi-temp (range) chillers offers a number of performance and upgradable features over our simpler compact designs. Most of all, these compact commercial units provide an efficient range of operating temps even at high ambient, and with an upgrade to R404A these units can produce a wider range of low temps as well. By default, this line of chiller includes caster wheels for greater mobility, a performance optimized micro-controller unit, and several freeze measurements for durability and long term performance ... just to name a few!

Our 15 to 25 Ton RTU-style Dual Circuit Chillers are the largest of our pre-packaged designs (chillers larger than 25 Ton are generally more custom, and require a consult). The most notable difference from our 7.5-12.5 Ton Horizontal units is the very large built-in reservoir and more larger footprint, intended to spread the weight of the unit over a wider area, making it our best large design for roof mounts. These units have a built-in 137-308 Gallon stainless steel reservoir with massive, "no-freeze" in-res evaporators.

Our new ChillX Low Profile Low Temp Self-Contained Chillers are designed for users with a steady heat load demand where latent capacity (reservoir storage) is less important. These units offer a smaller reservoir than our largest commercial units, but use the exact same in-reservoir evaporators as their larger cousins. These chillers are a great price and running cost compromise without sacrificing any of the efficiencies and performance of our biggest self-contained chillers, with the advantage of a lower price point and reduced power consumption during idle times.
